Cookie Policy

Which cookies Clara.casa sets, why, and how to change your choice.
Version 2026-10-19-draft · Updated October 19, 2026
Draft for legal review. This text is not final and may change before launch.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are needed for the service to work. They do not need your consent and they are always on:

  • sb-… keeps you signed in (our authentication provider, Supabase).
  • cc_prep_… lets the visitor who started a report request see its progress before signing in.
  • cc_consent remembers your cookie choice for 180 days.

Analytics cookies

If we use product analytics (PostHog, hosted in the European Union) it loads only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. It sets cookies starting with ph_ and records which features are used. It does not record what you type, and addresses and ids are removed from the pages it logs.

Page-view statistics from Vercel Analytics are cookieless and aggregated, so they set no cookie.

Spam protection

Forms that send a text message or start a report are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is filling them in. It may set a short-lived cookie for that check.

Change your choice

Choose “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to accept or reject analytics again. You can also delete cookies in your browser; you will be asked again the next time you visit.

More about how we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
