Privacy Policy

We collect only what the service needs:

• Account data: your name, email address and, if you add one, a verified phone number and a Telegram connection for alerts.
• Usage data: the property links you submit, the reports you open or unlock, your watchlist and alert settings, and your questions to the AI assistant.
• Purchase data: which credit packs you bought and when. Card details go straight to our payment provider and never reach us.
• Technical data: your IP address and device information, used for security and rate limits, and cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.

To allow one free-credit claim per phone number, we keep a keyed hash of a verified phone number, not the number itself. The hash cannot be turned back into the number without our secret key.

The raw number is stored only with your contact details and is removed with them. The keyed hash is removed with your account at account deletion.

We use your data to run your account and deliver what you ask for (performance of a contract), to send alerts you set up (contract or your consent), to prevent abuse and keep the service secure (legitimate interests), to keep records the law requires, such as invoices (legal obligation), and to measure usage with analytics only if you consent.

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under data processing terms:

• Supabase (hosting of the database and sign-in, in the European Union).
• Vercel (hosting of the website).
• Stripe (card payments).
• Twilio (text-message verification and alerts).
• Telegram (alerts, if you connect it).
• Postal (email delivery).
• OpenRouter and the AI model providers behind it, used with zero data retention where available.
• Sentry (error reports, with personal data removed).
• PostHog, hosted in the European Union, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Vercel Analytics (cookieless, aggregated page statistics).

We are based in the United States and some providers process data there. Where data leaves the European Economic Area we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We keep account data until you delete your account. Purchase records are kept for the period the tax and accounting rules require. Security logs are kept for a short period. Your question and answer history is deleted with your account.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and move your data, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@clara.casa to use them.

You can complain to the data protection authority of your country. In Portugal this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Research and chat answers are written by AI models. We send a model the report data and your question. We never send it your email address, phone number or other contact data. You are told when you are talking to an AI before you start, and no decision with legal effect is made about you by automated means.
